The Cool Hand Poker 200% match up to €200 Sign-Up Bonus Terms and Conditions
- This Promotion (the "Promotion") is brought to you by Cool Hand Poker (the “Poker
Room”) and is exclusively open to Real Players at the Poker Room who meet the Minimum
Qualification Requirements below (“Player/s”)
- The Promotional Period will commence at 00:00am Midnight (EST), 11 July, 2011 and
continue at the discretion of the Poker Room (the “Promotional Period"). The Poker
Room reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this Promotion and/or
to terminate this Promotion, without giving notice.
- Subject to the terms below, Players can earn a Sign-Up Bonus up to a maximum of
€200(Two Hundred Euros) (the "Sign-Up Bonus/es").
- To receive a Sign-Up Bonus, Players must meet the Minimum Qualification Requirements
(“Minimum Qualification Requirements”) by:
- Receiving an email providing him/her with a link to opt in to this Promotion and
thereafter, opting into the Promotion as directed; and/or
- Opting in to the “Promotion” on a webpage provided by the Poker Room
- Depositing a minimum of €10 (Ten Euros) into his/her Real Money Account at the
Poker Room within 4 weeks of opting in as above.
- Once a player has met the “Minimum Qualification Requirements”, he/she will be eligible
for a maximum bonus equal to 200% of his/her 1st deposit up to a maximum of €200. This bonus amount will be credited to the Player’s
Poker Account in €10 increments, for every 20 “Bonus Points”.
- The 1st increment of €10 of the deposit will be credited at 0 points with the remaining bonus at €10
for every 20 points thereafter.
- Player needs to reach 20 Bonus points before cashing in for the 1st time.
- Bonus points are not to be confused with cool points therefore players will not
get a €10 increment when they reach 20 cool points.
- Bonus Points are earned in the following ways
- 1 point for every $100 wagered on casino games
- 1 Point for every €1 earned on cash games or paid in tournament fees
- This bonus is time sensitive and will expire 30 days from the date of the first
successful deposit.
- Players may not be awarded more than one Sign-Up Bonus and this Sign-Up Bonus is
not available in conjunction with any other sign-up bonus/es offered by the Poker
Room.
- The Poker Room’s determination of the amount of all sign-up bonuses and who will
be awarded Sign-Up Bonuses shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall
be entered into in this regard.
- Employees of Poker Room, their agencies or their families are not eligible to enter
this Promotion.
- Players hereby agree that their names may be used in any publicity material by the
Poker Room.
- The standard terms and conditions of the Poker Room apply to this Promotion. Insofar
as there may be any conflict between the terms of this Promotion and the Poker Room
standard terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail but only
to the extent that the terms and conditions conflict with one another. In all other
instances these terms and conditions are complementary and additional to the Poker
Room standard terms and conditions.
