Leaderboard Promotion Terms and conditions

  • Leader Boards are based on points that are earned at the following rates
    • Fixed Limit
      • 1 point for each raked hand at 5c/10c, 10c/20c, 25c/50c
      • 2 points for each raked hand at 50c/$1, $1/$2, $2/$4 and $5/$10 tables
      • 1 point for each raked hand at, $10/$20 and $15/$30 and No Limit
      • 1 point for each raked hand at limits 5c/10c and 10c/20c
      • 2 points for each raked hand at all limits 25c/50c up to $1/$2
      • 1 point for each raked hand at limits $2/$4, $3/$6. $5/$10
    • No Limit
      • 1 point for each raked hand at limits 5c/10c and 10c/20c
      • 2 points for each raked hand at all limits 25c/50c up to $1/$2
      • 1 point for each raked hand at $2/$4 limit
    • Currency
      • Points will be earned at both $ and € tables according to the limit structure above

  • Points are awarded for each raked hand a player participates in at the poker room
  • A Raked hand is where 25c or more of rake is taken at a table. (a pot value of approx $5)
  • Points earned are limited to a maximum of 1000points a day
  • Bonus points of 100 points are awarded to winning balance players each day
  • Should points of any players be equal at the end of each week, for the purposes of prize payouts total number of raked hands in the period will be used to determine the winner.
  • Should points of any players be equal at the end of the monthly tournament, the cash prize will be split equally between both winners.
  • Time on the Leader Boards are based on gaming server time of BST
  • Weekly Leader Boards start at 12am Monday morning to 12pm Sunday night BST time
  • Dates that the weekly Leader Board runs will be published on the weekly Leader Board page in software.
  • Monthly Leader Boards will run for the full calendar month.
  • Players can only win 1 weekly winners prize in a month, but irrespective thereof will be eligible for monthly prizes.
  • If a player has won a weekly winner prize for a given month, such player will be excluded from the weekly winner Leader Board for the remainder of the relevant month
  • Daily Mover prizes can be won multiple times during the month.
  • Daily mover Prizes are limited to moves above position 200 on the Weekly Leader Board. If for example you start the day in position 180 and you finish in position 130, you will be credited with a move of 50 places. If you start the day in position 350 and end the day in position 180, you will be credited with a move of 20 places.
  • If you win an mp3 player and would prefer to receive the “value” thereof in poker room credits, such credits shall be paid into your poker account.
  • If for any reason we are unable to get stock or delivery in your country, the poker room will deposit the “value” of the prize into your poker account
  • The “value” of the mp3 player will be based on the recommended retail selling price in US Dollars in the USA, as determined in our sole discretion.
  • Week 1 and 4 Prizes are as follows:
    • 1st – 16gb small MP3 and video player
    • 2nd – 8gb small MP3 and video player
    • 3rd – 1gb shuffle
  • Week 2 and 3 Prizes are as follows:
    • 1st – 1gb shuffle player
    • 2nd – 1gb shuffle player
    • 3rd – 1gb shuffle player
    • 4th – 1gb shuffle player
    • 5th – 1gb shuffle player
  • Monthly Prizes
    • Cash prizes paying down to position 100 on the Leader Board
    • 1st – $500
    • 2nd – $300
    • 3rd – $200
    • 4th – $150
    • 5th – $100
    • 6th – $90
    • 7th – $85
    • 8th – $80
    • 9th – $75
    • 10th – $70
    • 11th – $65
    • 12th – $60
    • 13th – $55
    • 14th – $50
    • 15th – $45
    • 16th – $40
    • 17th – $35

  • In the event of any dispute, the management of cool hand poker’s determination and handling of the dispute is final and binding on all parties and no negotiations will be entered into in this regard.
  • By accepting any prizes, you agree to allow cool hand poker to use your alias in marketing promotional material and press releases should they see fit to do so.
  • The mp3s shall be delivered to the winners "as is". Neither Cool Hand Poker nor its proprietors or their associated companies or agents warrant or hold out that the mp3s are or shall be of merchantable quality or fit for the purposes for which it is intended.
  • Neither Cool Hand Poker nor its proprietors or their associated companies or agents are or shall be liable to the winners, his/ her family members, or third parties for any damage, damages (whether direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive), injury, death, loss or costs for or from any cause whatever and however arising as a result of the mp3s.
  • It is the winner’s obligation to ensure that the mp3 players are always used in the manner determined proper and appropriate by the manufacturer of such goods.
